We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date your subscription is activated. If you experience technical issues attributable to our service that we cannot resolve within 48 hours of your report, you may request a full refund of your subscription payment.
This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a given plan. Renewal payments may be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
3. Eligible Refund Requests
You may qualify for a refund if:
- Your request is made within 7 days of subscription activation
- You reported a service-related technical problem promptly via WhatsApp or email
- Our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts
- The issue is directly related to our servers, activation, or service delivery — not your device, app, or internet connection
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Poor or unstable internet connection, insufficient bandwidth, or ISP-related outages
- Device incompatibility, incorrect app configuration, or failure to follow setup instructions provided by our team
- Dissatisfaction with specific channel lineups, content availability, or regional restrictions beyond our control
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions (including credential sharing or reselling)
- Requests submitted after the 7-day guarantee period has expired
- Partial use of a subscription period without a qualifying technical issue on our side
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Once a refund is issued, your subscription access will be deactivated.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid subscriptions may result in permanent account suspension and may affect your ability to purchase future services.
8. Plan Changes & Cancellations
Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Cancelling before the end of your billing period does not automatically entitle you to a pro-rated refund unless covered by the 7-day guarantee described above.
